Important Information!!!

This is alarming......

Dear all,
Due to the Equinox phenomenon that will affect Most of Asia and Africa in the next 5 days. Pls stay indoors especially from 12pm-3pm daily. The temperature will fluctuate till 40 degrees Celsius. This can easily cause dehydration and sun stroke. (Ps: this phenomena is due to the sun directly positioned above the equator line. )
Please keep everyone inclusive of yourself hydrated. Everyone should be consuming about 3 litres of fluid everyday. Monitor everyone's blood pressure as frequent as possible. Many may get heat stroke.
Cold showers as frequent as possible. Reduce meat increase fruits & veg.
Heat wave is no joke! Place a new unused candle outside home area or exposed area. If candle can melt, its in dangerous level.
Always place a pail or 2 water half filled in living room & each in every room to keep moist temperature down.
Always check lips, eye balls moisture.

An healthy person is considered as an individual who has developed and satisfied the physical, social and mental conditions of life or a person who is medically free or cleared and not someone who is living his/her daily activities based on drugs and medications.
Meanwhile, maintaining all these safety values i.e being physically, socially and  mentally balanced doesn't guarantee 100% healthy living as the World Health Organization (WHO) also defines health "as a state of complete physical, social and mental well being and not the absence of a disease or infirmity". So having a clear view of this health expression, it's clearly observed that satisfying this conditions doesn't guarantee the absence of diseases or infirmity in ones health. So the only guarantor of safety in this life is the creator and not a Medical Doctor but nonetheless a medical doctor or medical personnel can still assure you a realisation of some factors that can be considered towards achieving a goal of healthy living.

Staying healthy or maintaining a good health is strictly tagged but not limited to the below factors as living an healthy life is possible to be best achieved through engaging in the following activities;

  • Eating well or good nutrition.
  • Being physically balanced or maintaining physical fitness. 
  • Avoiding the use of harmful drugs or smoking.
  • Maintaining a personal hygienic value.
  • Avoiding any accidental event that can lead to disability.
